- 4-6 rib in lamb chops
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- juice from one lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
- olive oil
Place the lamb chops in a 9x13 cake pan and drizzle with olive oil to lightly coat, set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together the oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, and lemon zest. Mix together and rub evenly over the pork chops. Salt and pepper pork chops to “taste”. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Heat a large saute pan on the stove and add just enough olive oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan.
Pan sear the pork chops for about 1 minute on each side or until a nice color appear. Finish cooking the lamb chops in the oven for about 12 minutes. Serve with your favorite sides.
