(KUTV) Passion Fruit Mousse (Mousse De Maracujá)

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup water
  • 3 pkgs unflavored gelatin (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1 can sweet and condensed milk
  • 1 can passion fruit juice (measure using same can as sweet and condensed milk)
  • 1 can creme de leite (canned cream)

Directions:

  • Dissolve the gelatin in the water and set aside.
  • Place everything in your blender and blend together. Pour into molds and refrigerate for about an hour before serving.

Variations:

  • Instead of passion fruit juice or mangoes, pineapple, white grape juice or any other fruit juice you like.
