- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups trail mix
- 2 cups bran cereal with raisins
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- Combine all the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder and salt) into a large bowl and whisk together. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl combine trail mix, bran cereal with raisins, milk, honey, vegetable oil, and egg. Carefully stir everything together until combined.
- Portion the muffin mix into a 12 top muffin pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Serve warm with butter and honey. Enjoy!
