- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 teaspoons curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 pounds chicken, cooked and diced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
- 3 tablespoons slivered almonds, toasted
- In a large bowl mix mayo, lemon juice, curry powder, salt and pepper.
- Fold in chicken, celery and grapes, Sprinkle with almonds.
