(KUTV) Salt Lake City - Utah is lucky enough to have 2 patriotic holidays in July: the 4th and the 24th. Utah is also a desert, so while you're out celebrating Days of '47, you're going to need something to cool down.
The Dairy Council of Utah/Nevada dropped by Fresh Living to show us how to make Yogurt popsicles that are healthy and don't have any additional sugar. Utah's Dairy Ambassadors, Kami Mulhestein from Wasatch County & Hannah Christopherson from Tooele County, joined Kari & Dave to show them how it's done.
Simply start with your favorite yogurt and dump it into a blender. Then add any type of fruit or fruit juice you want. Blend it up. Pour the concoction into a popsicle mold, decorative cup, or cupcake liner and freeze. A couple hours later, you're ready to celebrate!
