(KUTV) Salt Lake City - It’s National Women’s Health Week and many women use this week to check-in on their physical and emotional well-being and confront important health matters, including some often considered taboo. For the nearly 65 million Americans experiencing bladder leakage, feeling happy and comfortable is harder to achieve. A new study from Depend brand shows comfort and confidence are essential to living a happy life, with one in four Americans living with bladder leakage withdrawing from the people and things they love, due to discomfort and anxiety. For some, that could mean opting out of a family vacation or deciding against running a marathon. Psychotherapist and author, Dr. Robi Ludwig is empowering women to take control of their health, regain confidence and get back to enjoying the people and things they love.
