Ask the Expert: Are CPAP machine masks uncomfortable? (KUTV)

(KUTV) We talked with Becky Moyes, a sleep specialist with Intermountain's Park City Specialty Sleep Clinic and Avenues Sleep Clinic about CPAP machines. She discussed how they are used and what they are used for. CPAP machines can be dismissed as uncomfortable to wear, so Moyes demonstrated how to use the mask so that it is more comfortable and wearable.

Moyes also explained what the masks are used for and even showed different styles. She explained that the masks are more helpful and useful than one may think, since they can often be dismissed as too bulky and uncomfortable.
