(KUTV) Summer is in full swing.

With it comes sport camps, outdoor recreation, and heat. A simple check of the weather and one can see that temperatures hover around 90º! With the increase in temperature and exposure to heat, comes an increase for potentially life-threatening illnesses.

Jon Young, a certified athletic trainer with Utah Valley Sports Medicine, stopped by to share how you and your family can stay hydrated this summer.
