If you feel like you're too busy to exercise, try doing some exercises at work. Dr. Brett McIff from the Utah Department of Health shows us how you can do a chair runner's lunge without ever leaving your workplace.
- In a clear area with your office chair behind you, place the top of one foot on the chair.
- Allowing the chair to slide back, lower your body placing equal weight on both legs as you do a lunge.
- Return to the start position, keeping your upper body upright.
- Repeat on both sides.
