Want to break up your workday with a little bit of exercise? Dr. Brett McIff from the Utah Department of Health says trying giving desk push-ups a try. Here's how to do the exercise:
- Lean against your desk with your hands about shoulder width apart. The further away from the desk your feet are, the more challenging this will be.
- Lower your body toward the desk slowly, then push back to the starting position.
- For an additional challenge, you can also do this on one foot. This will add some core stability work to the exercise.
