Check Your Health: Push-up all the way to a "T"

Bored of regular push-ups? We have just the thing to take your push-up to the next level. Dr. Brett McIff teaches Mary Nickles how to do a push-up all the way to a "T."

  • Start in a standard push-up position.
  • Lower your chest towards the floor and press back up.
  • One you've returned to the starting position, lift one arm towards the ceiling. Here you will make what looks like a "T."
  • Lower arm back to the floor and repeat on both sides.
