Check Your Health: Scorpion Push-ups

Push-ups come in all shapes and sizes. You may think you've tried them all, but have you tried scorpion push-ups? Dr. Brett McIff with the Utah Department of Health shows us how it's done:

  • From the push-up position, complete a push-up.
  • Take one leg and swing it over the other leg while maintaining control. This will cause rotation at the spine.
  • Return to the start position.
  • Repeat on the other side.
