Who doesn't want to do an exercise with "Spiderman" in the name? Dr. Brett McIff with the Utah Department of Health shows us how to properly perform Spiderman planks and push-ups.
- Get into a standard plank/push-up position.
- If doing a plank, hold that position while bringing one knee up to the same side armpit.
- Return that leg slowly to the start position and repeat on the other side.
- If doing push-ups, alternate bringing the knee to the armpit between repetitions.
