(KUTV) Doug Andrew believes in equal opportunities for distribution of wealth, not equal distribution.

He thinks that wealth, especially passed down from parent to child, should be earned.

"Our Creator doesn't give equal distribution of health to all of His children, regardless of how they abuse their bodies," said Andrew, who is a Christian. "It's very conditional."

So when it comes to his clients, he works with them to distribute their money in the same way.

He also does this with his own children. On family vacations, his children were allowed to take as much money as they wanted with them, but they had to times that amount by ten or more through some "entrepreneurial idea."

He told them, "Fail often and fail fast--not on purpose, but learn. Don't be afraid to try. And if it's successful, we'll turn it into a business."

According to Andrew, his family was able to create some successful enterprises from their children doing that.

"When you teach them how to fish, you can fee them for a lifetime," he said.
