(KUTV) Kristen Ulmer has worked with thousands of clients on how to deal with fear for the past 15 years.
She does this through live events, online courses, and ski camps.
Typically, she'll work with some for six hours or so to figure out how to turn towards fear.
"It's just so much easier to turn towards your fear and deal with it in an honest way," she said. "You don't have to devote years of your life to fighting it."
Many of her clients have had feelings of depression ease up, panic attacks disappear, less anxiety, and even better sleep.
"The key to freedom is looking at anything you've been avoiding," Ulmer said.
