(KUTV) Even Stevens has an amazing response from customers, especially when it comes to the "eat to give" business model.
"I knew we had to provide a great sandwich. Otherwise it would be perceived as a gimmick," said Steve Down, Even Stevens founder.
The concept has been especially attractive to the millennial crowd. Down believes about two-thirds of his customers are millennials.
But children and baby boomers are fans of Even Stevens as well.
"It's been embraced by a very wide demographic," Down said.
