Demario Jackson has reportedly lost his job after being at the center of "allegations of misconduct" on the set of "Bachelor in Paradise."

The 30-year-old contestant has been accused of taking advantage of Corinne Olympios, who was apparently too drunk to give consent before a sexual encounter in a swimming pool while filming the program. A producer on the show reported the alleged incident to management and filed a complaint, leading to Warner Bros. embarking on an investigation and halting production on the program.

While Jackson has strenuously denied the allegations, Entertainment Tonight reported on Thursday that he has been fired from his day job as an executive recruiter since the scandal broke.

He also spoke to Inside Edition about the rumors, insisting: "My character has been assassinated, my family name has been dragged through the mud."

Jackson is also keen for tapes of the alleged incident to be released, explaining: "The only thing I want is for the truth to come out. I feel like the truth will be able to come out in those videos."

When asked by the presenter if he "blames Corinne" for the scandal, Jackson replied: "I don't blame anyone right now, all I want is the tapes."

Following the initial claims, Olympios released a statement after hiring Hollywood lawyer Marty Singer, saying: "I am a victim and have spent the last week trying to make sense of what happened the night of June 4. Although I have little memory of that night, something bad obviously took place, which I understand is why production on the show has now been suspended and a producer on the show has filed a complaint against the production.

"As a woman, this is my worst nightmare and it has now become my reality. As I pursue the details and facts surrounding that night and the immediate days after, I have retained a group of professionals to ensure that what happened on June 4 comes to light and I can continue my life, including hiring an attorney to obtain justice and seeking therapy to begin dealing with the physical and emotional trauma stemming from that evening."
