Sleepovers vs. Late Nights
Sleepovers and late-nights can be great opportunities for children to gain independence and self-confidence. However, many parents worry that things can go wrong when their child is away from home.

In order to help your child have a good experience with a sleepover or late-night keep in mind the following:

1.) Know your child's fear level; be ready to pick younger kids up early if they're scared

2.) Make sure you know the friend well

3.) Make sure you know the parents well

4.) Know the activities that will be happening at the house that evening and who will be there

5.) Plan on a pick up time
