4 cups pico well drained
2 T lime juice
1 1/2 tsp. Freebirds Death Sauce or similar hot sauce
1 1/2 tsp. chipotle
1/2 C chopped cilantro
1 C tomato puree
Place the pico in a strainer and drain well.
Add all ingredients into the blender at the same time and pulse until well blended--do not over-blend and puree
Cover salsa in a container and refrigerate.
