Pass of All Passes Gift Card Delay Issues
(KUTV) The promise of a $20 gift card is stirring up dozens of complaints.
Calls have been coming in to Get Gephardt from frustrated consumers across Utah, because they are not able to get what was promised to them.
We are talking about the Pass of All Passes from Seven Peaks and this is not the first time we have reported on the company struggling to fulfill orders.
People who bought the passes with the promise of a gift card, sa, they have been waiting months and the gift card has never arrived.
For Christmas, Karen Harris decided to surprise her grandkids with the Seven Peaks passes, which gets pass-holders into waterparks and different sporting events at a discounted rate.
Each pass was supposed to come with a $20 Wal-Mart gift card, but after seven months they have never arrived.
Frustrated with the excuses, and no gift cards, Karen asked Gephardt to investigate.
Karen is not alone in her frustrations; several other people also contacted Get Gephardt with identical complaints. The Seven Peaks Facebook page is filled with complaints by unhappy costumers all wanting their promised cards.
If you're a customer and have not received your gift cards, Seven Peaks would like you to email them. They say, customers are welcome to a "100% refund," if dissatisfied.
Karen is dissatisfied, but doesn't want a refund. She just wants the gift cards she was promised seven months ago.
The day after we contacted Seven Peaks on her behalf, the cards finally arrived in the mail.
Seven Peaks blames the delays on two things, being flagged by Wal-Mart when they bought so many gift cards in bulk and also issues in their mail room. They say gift cards have been falling out of envelopes so they don't know who still needs them.
Seven Peaks has set up a special email address for people that want their gift cards and have not received them: firstname.lastname@example.org
