BP Supervisors Arraigned On Manslaughter Charges
(KUTV) Two BP Supervisors have been arraigned on manslaughter charges as a result of a rig explosion that caused the Gulf Oil Spill.
Donald Vidrine and Bob Kaluza who oversaw safety for the company both pled not guilty Wednesday.
An indictment alleges the men ignored abnormal test results and allow the rig to continue operating.
Their attorney agrees that someone should be held accountable – but not his clients.
The explosion killed 11 people.
