Web Exclusive: Dylan Ferguson on Staying Motivated
Shauna Lake: You seem pretty relaxed. This is something you've obviously worked for your entire life. I mean what is the adrenalin and the push at this point in time?
Dylan Ferguson: Yeah I mean you have to stay motivated. You have to push yourself every day to be a better athlete and then just be out there training and trying your best. Obviously it's a pretty intense sport and there are a lot of competitors out there doing the same thing so its pretty competitive but I just like to relax a little bit. I think I compete better when Im more relaxed.
