(KUTV) -- Before public comments were made at the Utah County Commission meeting Tuesday, Commissioner Greg Graves left the meeting without comment on the call for his resignation from the Alliance for a Better Utah.

"In January we received an anonymous tip that he was back at work," said Katie Matheson of Alliance for a Better Utah. "The tipster was very concerned about his presence back at work and so here we are; we wanted to make sure he could hear from us that we are calling for his resignation."

Graves went missing from meetings and public appearances after the release of an investigative report, Dec. 7, 2017, by his fellow commissioners into a sexual harassment and bullying complaint against him by a female county employee, the Associated Press reported.

Graves has not announced whether he intends to run for re-election for his $168,000-per-year position but legally can complete his term as Utah law does not allow citizens to recall elected leaders.

No official charges have been filed against Graves.
