Police: Driver fled after hitting motorcycle in Holladay

(KUTV) Unified Police looking for driver that fled after hitting a motorcyclist in Holladay.

According to police, a motorcycle was hit by grey sedan around 6:45 p.m. Sunday afternoon at the intersection of 1300 East Van Winkle Expressway in the Murray-Holladay area.

Officers said the driver of the motorcycle, a 32-year-old man, was taken to the hospital in serious condition with head injuries.

Authorities said the motorcyclist was not wearing a helmet.

The driver of the sedan was a man but there is no other information about him, police said.

Officers said the suspect's vehicle was a light gray Sedan, possibly from the 2000's. They don't know the make or model of the vehicle.
