Police looking for road rage suspect after 6 people injured in Juab County wreck
(KUTV) - Six people are injured, two critically, after a road rage incident in Juab County south of Nephi on Interstate 15.
According to Utah Highway Patrol, around 3:15 p.m. Friday, a white Chevrolet Suburban was headed south on I-15 near mile marker 213 when it became engaged in a road rage incident with the driver of a black Suburban.
UHP tells 2News the driver of the black Suburban brake-checked the driver of the white Suburban. The white SUV swerved and overcorrected, rolling four times.
All six people inside were injured. One was flown by helicopter to Utah Valley Hospital in Provo in critical condition, another was taken to the same hospital by ambulance, also in critical condition.
The other occupants suffered minor injuries. Everyone inside except one person was wearing their seatbelt.
The driver of the black Suburban initially stopped, but then took off. The vehicle and driver have not been located.
Police are looking for a black Suburban with a partial Utah place "7XO" or "7X0," which was driven by a white male with a beard.
Police want to know if there are any witnesses to the crash.
