Police search for driver who rammed officers during chase through Millcreek
(KUTV) – Unified police are searching for a man who was behind the wheel of a car that rammed two police cruisers and led officers on a chase through Millcreek.
Update: Suspect has been identified as Harley Gregory Welsh.
An officer spotted a stolen car near 3932 S. Howick Street around 10 a.m. Tuesday. The driver of the car appeared to be passed out, so officers set up spike strips around the car and boxed it in with their cruisers.
