Police seek public's help after man found dead on Easter Sunday in South Salt Lake

(KUTV) Police are asking for the public's help finding out what happened to a 46-year-old man found dead Sunday afternoon, apparently shot to death.
South Salt Lake police released a photo of 46-year-old Matthew Holt of South Jordan, Utah, after he was found dead with a gunshot wound, in a car.
Around 2:45 p.m. police were dispatched to a location near 3200 South and 900 West. They found a black Mazda with the driver's side door open and Holt inside. Police said his gunshot wound did not appear to be self inflicted.
Police are asking the community if anyone in the area of 3200 South and 900 West, on Easter Sunday, between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. may have seen Holt or the black Mazda. They request anyone with information call South Salt Lake Police Dispatch at 801.840.4000.
Police said all calls and callers are considered confidential and callers can remain anonymous.
