Fla. woman accused of having sex with daughter's 15-year-old ex-boyfriend
PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. (WPEC) —
A woman from Port St. Lucie is accused of having sex with her daughter's ex-boyfriend.
Police arrested Heather Phillips on two counts of lewd and lascivious behavior with a victim under the age of 16.
The details of the encounters are graphic.
According to the police report, the 15-year-old boy told detectives he's been having a sexual relationship with Phillips since mid-August, about two months after he and his girlfriend broke up.
The teen even said they had unprotected sex seven times on the night of Sept. 6.
The teen said he and Phillips communicated through a social media app called ooVoo and that she said she was pregnant.
Phillips, confronted by officers at La Petite Academy where she worked, initially denied having sex with the teen. But after further questioning, she admitted to having sex with her daughter's ex-boyfriend. Phillips said the comment about being pregnant was a joke.
