WASHINGTON (Circa) -- Sex parties at a home in Castle Rock, Colo. are causing major complaints from fellow neighbors, KDVR-TV reports.

"I think it is disgusting," a neighbor who declined to expose their identity said. "Some of them are so old that they struggled walking up the stairs."

Another resident in the area said, "You can hear people doing what they're doing."

The parties are reportedly causing parking problems and making a lot of noise. Neighbors are worried about children who could be exposed to the sexual events allegedly occurring inside of the house.

A neighbor who received an invitation to one of the events says over 400 people were invited to the "Thunderstorm Play Palace" with 87 people, including 35 couples, responding that they would attend.

In order to get into the party, you can give a donation of $70 for couples and single men or $20 for women. Guests are asked to bring their own condoms.

The organizer of the sex parties told KDVR-TV that he believes he is the victim in this whole situation.

"There was significant harassment so far I've received from the neighbors," he said. "There are no open areas you can see outside to have the children or anyone see what they don't want to see."

The organizer is a father and a husband and did not want to be identified. He says he has sound-proofed his home, specifically the basement.

Police in Castle Rock are currently investigating the matter. KDVR says the parties are not illegal because the organizer is receiving donations and the party is happening in the privacy of his own home.
