Motion hearing set for accused fraudster
(KUTV) Marc Sessions Jenson is scheduled to appear before a judge for a motion hearing on Monday.
The Utah business man, who is accused of fraud and money laundering, is asking for a new evidentiary hearing.
Jenson also wants to compel former attorneys general Mark Shurtleff and John Swallow to testify in the case.
Jenson says the former attorneys general acted inappropriately in his case and he hopes their testimony will get his case thrown out on a technicality.
Prosecutors for the case have asked a judge to deny the motion.
