Corned Beef Hash And Sour Cream Pancakes

Raw Corned Beef
1/2 tsp red peppercorns
1/2 tsp black peppercorns
1/2 tsp green peppercorns
1/2 tsp salt
1 White Onion
1 cup Chopped Celery
3 large Potatoes peeled and cooked
*you can use already cooked corned beef from a local deli
1.) Boil the corned beef for 4 hours with the peppercorns, salt, onions and celery.
2.) After it is cooked, place it in the refrigerator and cool.
3.) In a food processor add the corned beef and chop, add the potatoes and chop.
4.) When the corned beef and potatoes are combined put it into a oiled
5.) saute pan and brown on both sides add salt and pepper.
6.) Serve with some eggs and enjoy.
Sour Cream Pancakes
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
2 cups Pancake Mix
1 Cups Sour Cream
3 TB Sugar
1.) Add all the ingredients except for the pancake mix. Mix until it is smooth, then add the pancake mix and combine it well.
2.) In a lightly oiled griddle or saute pan add 1/3 cup of pancake mix, when bubbles start to form on the top it is time to flip them serve when they are golden brown.
3.) Add butter and syrup and enjoy.
