1" diced cubes of 10lbs chicken
1.oz lemon Pepper
2.oz Seasoned Salt
1.5. oz ms Dash
1. cups olive oil
1 cup canola oil
.5 cup lemon Juice
Prep Work: Have items ready such as the chicken, and spices. Wash the Chicken breasts with cold water. Add the 1 cup of Olive oil and 1 cup of Canola oil, then spice it up! 2 oz Garlic, 2 oz Oregano, 2 oz Seasoned Salt, 1.5 oz lemon Pepper. Add ½ cup of Lemon Juice and 1.5 oz Ms Dash. Once all spiced up, let marinate for 4-8 hours .
Grilling: After prep work is done you are ready to grill. Make sure the grill is on a medium/hot and grill, rotate skewer so it never burns only turn when golden brown.
When Chicken is golden brown on all sides the chicken is done. Enjoy the burst of Mediterranean flavors.
