Roula's Famous Pork Chops

-8 Pork Chops
3 oz garlic
3 oz seasoned salt
2 oz lemon Pepper
2 0z oregano
1 cup Olive Oil
½ cup Lemon Juice
2 celery sticks
1.) First thing is to wash all the pork chops with cold water and place into pan. We, then, want to tenderize the pork chops with a tenderizing hammer. Once tenderized, we spice the chops; seasoned salt, garlic, lemon pepper, oregano.
2.) Wash your potatoes in cold water then peel with potato peeler. We then cut the Potatoes into wedges. Depending on size of potato, cut into quarters or more.
3.) Spice the potatoes: use the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, seasoned salt.
4.) The next step is to sear the chops. Get a flat pan and put burner on medium high setting and start to cook the chops. Wait till outside is nearly cooked then flip. Let the meat cook then take off heat and put in pan.
5.) Once this is done put potatoes over the pork chops in the same pan. Add 2 cups of Water. As well as, the diced carrots, onions, and celery. Cover with aluminum foil and put in oven at 350 degrees and cook for 1 ½ hours. Pull out pan; uncover foil, put back in oven for 30 minutes to brown the potatoes and chops.
