Utah Smoked Trout With Apple
As Aired On January 4, 2013

1 ea Utah Smoked Trout
1 ea Gala Apple
1 ea Stalk of Celery
1 head Local lettuce or Bibb lettuce
2 ea Breakfast Radish
1 bunch Dill
½ c. Yogurt
2 Lemons (juiced)
1tbl Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
1.) Flake trout, dice apple, roughly chop dill, slice celery and radish.
2.) Mix all these ingredients together with the items for the dressing.
3.) Then finally add lettuce and mix. Serve.
