Chicken Wings And Stuffed Mushrooms

5 lbs. chicken wings
1 cup sugar
1 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp Hoisin sauce
1.) Mix sugar, soy sauce and Hoisin sauce in a big bowl
2.) Add wings to mix, coat thoroughly
3.) Cover and marinate in the fridge overnight
4.) Place in 9 X 13 pan and bake at 325 degress for one and a half hours.
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 tsp. Seasoned salt
8 oz. cream cheese
2 lb. fresh med to large mushrooms
1.) Fry sausage seasoned with Seasoned salt until well done.
2.) Drain very well. Add cream cheese and stir until combined.
3.) Take stems out of mushrooms, hollow out and clean.
5.) Stuff each cap with sausage mixture, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
5.) Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
