Chinese Spring Rolls

Spring Roll Ingredients:
4 Rice Paper Wraps
1/2 carrot, julienned
1/2 cucumber, finely julienned
1/4 cup bean sprouts
1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 cup finely shredded cabbage
1/4 cup finely sliced green onion
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 clove of garlic, minced
1-tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
1 tablespoon Sirarcha
1 tablespoon mirin
1 teaspoon honey
1.) Dip each rice paper in a pan of water until softened, about a few seconds.
2.) Lay the rice paper on a cutting board. Place a small amount of veggie mix near one end.
3.) Add a spoonful of the dressing to the veggies.
4.) Fold the end over the filling then fold both sides over to enclose the filling.
