Healthy Fish Tacos

Healthy fish tacos
1 lb tilapia
¼ cup onion slivered
1 tbs rice wine vinegar
1 tbs fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 packet taco seasoning
1.) Place the tilapia in a baking dish, sprinkle the remaining ingredients over and bake at 350 for 15 minutes, stir and then cook another 15 minutes.
1 package cut cabbage
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tbs malt vinegar
1 avocado diced
Salt and pepper for seasoning
Mix the above ingredients and set aside.
1.) Serve in corn tortillas.
2.)Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wrap the corn tortilla in aluminum foil; you may stack several corn tortillas in the foil and cook them at the same time. Place the aluminum-wrapped corn tortillas on a baking sheet and put the baking sheet into the oven. Heat the tortillas for 10 to 15 minutes, until they are warm and soft. Serve immediately.
3.) Place a corn tortilla on a plate and sprinkle with the fish.
4.) Top with the cabbage mixture, fold over and enjoy. This is delicious topped with fresh pico! If you Don’t have any pico, try topping with a few diced tomatoes. Enjoy!
