Crispy Maple Bacon Rolls

Recipe Courtesy of Harmon’s
18 rolls or 12 large rolls Frozen Roll dough
1 lb. Harmon's Peppered Bacon
2 cups (sticks) Butter, melted
1 cups Brown Sugar
¾ Cup Maple syrup
1.) Layer peppered bacon on sheet trays and cover with brown sugar.
2.) Bake at 400 degrees until bacon is crisp and sugar caramelized.
3.) Remove from oven and allow to cool.
4.) Cut into bit size pieces.
5.) Use half for recipe and half for garnish.
6.) Combined half of the butter, brown sugar, and half of the bacon bits.
7.) Pour in the bottom of baking dish (9 x 9).
8.) Layer frozen or thawed roll dough over the mixture.
9.) Mix together other half of butter and maple syrup.
10.) Pour over the top of rolls.
11.) Allow to proof in warm place until double in size.
12.) Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
13.) Sprinkle with remaining bacon.
14.) Return to oven and cook until rolls are cooked through (About 5 more minutes).
