Mint Pesto Pasta Salad

1 cup packed mint leaves
½ cup packed basil leaves
¼ cup whole milk Greek yogurt
¼ cup toasted walnuts
1/8 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb whole wheat pasta, cooked
Feta cheese to finish
1.) Place mint, basil, Greek yogurt, walnuts in food processor. Pulse a couple times to blend then turn processor on and slowly drizzle olive oil in until smooth paste forms.
2.) Season with salt and pepper.
3.) Toss with whole wheat pasta and finish with feta cheese. Can be served hot or chilled.
