Red, White and Blue Parfaits

Serves 8-10 in martini glasses
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup Greek Gods Honey flavored yogurt.
Juice of 1 lime
1 container of Sara Lee Pound Cake (found on the frozen aisle)
2 pints Blueberrries
2 qt Strawberries or a large container
1.) Whip pint of whipping cream to soft peaks and add 1/3 cup sugar and whip to stiff peaks. Fold in 3/4 cup yogurt and lime juice and place in refrigerator until ready to dress your parfaits
2.) Top and slice qt of Strawberries and place in bowl with remaining sugar and toss. Place in refrigerator and allow of macerate (preferably overnight)
3.) Thaw and cut pound cake into half inch cubes.
4.) In a martini glass place about 2 tablespoons of strawberries with juice. Layer a small handful of pound cake on top of the strawberries and moisten with strawberry juice. Cover with whipped yogurt mix about an inch forming a peak in the middle (it may be helpful to pipe it). From the edge of the glass gently top with blueberries leaving enough room for a strawberry garnish in the middle. Chill and serve.
