Salmon Cakes with Spicy Dressing

3 oz. water packed salmon, drained
¼ cup whole-grain bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
2 green onions, finely chopped
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper
2 teaspoon. olive oil
3 Tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 teaspoon. lemon juice
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
Pinch of cayenne
3 cups mixed salad greens
1.) Mix together salmon, bread crumbs, egg, green onions, and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Form in to 3 patties.
2.) In a medium skillet coated with olive oil over medium heat, brown patties 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
3.) Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and cayenne.
4.) Place mixed salad greens on a plate and top with salmon cakes; drizzle with dressing.
