Zesty Glazed Salmon

4 tablespoons Pineapple Fruit Spread
3 tablespoons Red Pepper Jelly
1.5 pounds Salmon Filet
1/2 Scallion, chopped
1.) Heat grill or broiler. In saucepan over medium heat, combine pineapple fruit spread, red pepper jelly, scallions, 1 tablespoon lime juice and .5 teaspoon lime zest. Stir until mixture has melted, or for about 1 minute.
2.) Place salmon fillet skin side down on sheet of greased aluminum foil. Brush salmon with half of the pineapple mixture.
3.) Season with salt and pepper to taste if desired. Grill (with cover closed) or broil 10 to 12 minutes, brushing occasionally with remaining pineapple mixture until fish flakes easily with a fork.
