1 lb Lump Crab Meat
2 whole eggs
¼ cup sour cream
1 lemon (juiced)
Pinch chopped parsley
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
1.) Combine eggs, sour cream, lemon juice and seasonings; mix well.
2.) Add lump crab to mixture and gently fold in.
3.) Add bread crumbs, fold in. Let stand 10-15 minutes before shaping.
4.) Fry at medium heat until golden brown
