Pecan Crusted Halibut

2tbs extra virgin olive oil, divided
4-6 oz. Halibut fillets, skinned
1 each egg white, lightly beaten
Fresh ground black pepper
1/2 cup chopped pecans
4 lemon wedges
1.) Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2.) Heat butter and 1tsp oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
3.) Brush tops of fillets with egg white, sprinkle fish evenly with pinch of salt, pepper and blackening spice.
4.) Coat tops of fish, nuts side down in pan. Cook 3 minute or until browned.
5.) Turn fish over and cook 4 minutes or until desired degree of doneness.
