4 small skirt steaks
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tomato, sliced
1.) In a small bowl combine the black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
2.) Rub skirt steaks with dry rub and pan sear for about 2 minutes on each side.
3.) Remove the steaks and allow them to rest for a couple of minutes.
4.) Prepare the pita with your favorite condiments and place the steak on the pita. Serve with your favorite chips and enjoy!
