Feta and Dill Chicken Salad

Recipe Courtesy Of 200 Salads
3 cups diced cooked chicken
2 large stalks celery, diced
1 red bell pepper, seeded and cubed
1/2 red onion, diced
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 (4-ounce) container crumbled feta cheese
2 teaspoons dried dill weed
1.) In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, celery, bell pepper, and onion.
2.) In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, cheese, and dill.
3.) Spoon mayonnaise mixture over chicken mixture. Stir until chicken is completely coated. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve over a bed of lettuce or in pitas or croissants. Makes 6 servings.
