Mexicorn Bean Salad

Recipe Courtesy Of 200 Salads
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon dry ranch dressing mix
1 (16-ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15-ounce) can black beans rinsed and drained
1 (11-ounce) can Mexicorn, drained
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1.) In a large bowl, mix oil, vinegar, and ranch dressing together until powder is thoroughly dissolved.
2.) Fold beans, corn, and onions into dressing until evenly coated.
3.) Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 6-8 servings.
