Bowtie Pasta With Bacon And Peas

6 cups cooked bowtie pasta
1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
1/4 cup diced red onion
1 cup chopped parsley
2 cups peas
1 cup artichoke hearts
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1.) Cook bowtie pasta as directed on package, rinse and set aside.
2.) Cook bacon, drain and chop, set aside.
3.) Drain extra bacon grease from pan, and add the pasta, cooked chopped bacon, diced red onion, chopped parsley, peas and artichoke hearts to the sauté pan. Sauté to reheat.
4.) Transfer the pasta to a large platter, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
