Salt and Pepper Fish With Jalapenos

1 3/4 Sesame oil
1 teaspoon dried garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon yellow onion
1/2 tablespoon Green onion
1/2 tablespoon Red onion
1 teaspoon dried yellow onion
9 piece fried fish
48 oz salad oil
2 Tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 Tablespoon Potato Starch
1/10 teaspoon garlic powder
9 pieces Fish
1.) Put 2 Tablespoon Cornstarch in a mixing pan. Add 1/2 Tablespoon Potato Starch and 1/10 teaspoon Garlic Powder.
2.) Add Fish. Mix the fish together with the ingredients
3.) Put 48 oz oil in a wok or pan. Wait until the oil boils and place fish in the oil.
4.) Once the fish is cooked, remove and clean the wok.
5.) Add sesame oil, dried garlic, salt, sugar, yellow onion, green onion, red onion, jalapeno and dried yellow onion.
6.) Put the fish in the wok with ingredients and stir fry until cooked.
7.) Serve on a bed of crispy rice noodles.
