Chef Bryan's Hot Pockets

1 1/2 cups warm milk
1 teaspoon yeast
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup vegetable oil
4 cups all-purpose flour
1.) In a large bowl, combine warm milk with yeast and sugar. Let sit for five minutes.
2.) Add salt, vegetable oil, and egg.
3.) Stir in flour until the dough is stiff enough to knead. (Add flour a little at a time. Four cups flour is approximate; exact amount may vary.)
4.) Knead dough until smooth and elastic–a few minutes. Place dough in a greased bowl; cover.
5.) Let rise until doubled.
6.) Divide dough into 6 parts.
7.) Roll dough flat and fill with your favorite filling and sauce.
8.) Seal dough edges and place the dough seem side down on your baking sheet.
9.) Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
10.) Remove from oven and allow hit pockets to cool for 10-15 minutes on a wire rack.
11.) Serve and enjoy!
